Standard, regularly stocked items are eligible for free returns, while customized or personalized items may not be returnable.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please include the billing name, address, order number, and a reason for the return. Returns will be processed within one week of receipt. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only, and all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please double-check your return details and packaging, as we cannot be held responsible for lost, misdirected, or poorly packaged returns that result in damage.
For credit card payments, a refund will be issued to your original payment method and reflected on your billing statement after the product is returned.

International Returns
For returns from outside the USA, please note that we do not cover the cost of international returns. To ensure your product is eligible for a refund, use the original shipping box the item was delivered in or pack the product securely in a well-cushioned box. In case of issues such as lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
