We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition. Customized or final-sale items are not eligible for return. The return must arrive at our facility within 90 days of the original order date.

We are happy to let you know that yes, we can customize the size of your ring.  Most of our rings are now offered in sizes 4 – 10. There are some "Last Chance" rings that are available only in the size(s) listed. For an additional fee, we can custom size these rings as well.
